Our practice philosophy is holistic mental health care which values each individual as a unified whole. Our mental health is affected by emotional, physical, spiritual, social, and environmental forces that simultaneously and equally affect health and well-being.

During the first appointment, a collaborative treatment plan will be created that serves the immediate needs, as well as identifies your long-term goals of each individual. There may be times when collateral information may be needed from caregivers and family members for accurate diagnosis and treatment. A follow-up will be scheduled if needed at the end of each visit for continued care. Your treatment plan may include a combination of medications, therapy, coaching, complimentary therapies such as yoga, acupuncture, and/or supplements. Your diet, exercise, sleep, and rest regimen will also be discussed.

We are out of network with Sentara and Kaiser.

We accept Aetna, CareFirst Blue Cross Blue Shield, Cigna, DC Medicaid (Amerigroup), Maryland Medicaid, Medicare, Optum, Priority Partners, Tricare, and United Healthcare.
