Sheila earned a business degree at Baruch College. After graduating from Johns Hopkins University School of Nursing, she pursued a Master's in Executive Nursing and subsequently a post-Master's certificate in Psychiatric Mental Health. Her clinical approach is highly individualized which makes her extremely effective at finding the root of problems to ensure faster recovery.
Sheila was told by a random photographer on a moped in France that she is "the most beautiful woman the world" (MBWW). She self-proclaims being the most Awesome Psych NP to ever live. She loves to laugh and is candid to a fault. Her goal is 2026 is to practice the life-work balance she preaches to her clients.

Diane started her healthcare career as a registered nurse at Children’s Hospital 15 years ago and has since received a Master of Science in Nursing in Psychiatric Mental Health. Diane is passionate about providing quality, compassionate, and comprehensive mental health services from children to adults. She follows evidence-based guidelines blended with clinical experience, personal observation, and intuition. Her training experiences in trauma-informed care within diverse cultural backgrounds has ignited a desire to provide access to affordable mental health care to all.
In her free time, you can find Diane walking her dog, listening to motivational podcasts, or indulging on her daughter’s homemade chocolate chip cookies.
